Zak Chelli (26 November 1997) is a British/Tunisian professional boxer and the current Commonwealth Boxing Council Super Middleweight Champion.[1].
Professional Career
Chelli won his opening 7 professional contests before losing a unanimous decision in September 2019 against Welsh prospect Kody Davies[2].
2024 On January 1st 2024, Chelli beat Jack Cullen to win the Commonwealth Super Middleweight title at the Echo Arena, Liverpool[3] when Cullen was cut over the left eye in the 3rd round.
He is scheduled to face current BBBofC British Super Middleweight Champion, Callum Simpson in August, 2024[4]
Personal Life
During the 2020 COVID-19 lockdowns, Chelli paused his boxing career to teach Geography. He has a degree in business, management and marketing from the University of Surrey[5]
