Yusuke Mitsui (born 22 April 2002) is a Japanese racing driver. He finished runner-up in the 2022 F4 Japanese Championship.[1] He is also a member of the Honda Formula Dream Project.[2]
Career
In 2022 Mitsui made his single-seater racing debut by competing in the F4 Japanese Championship.
Yusuke Mitsui competed his first season of Formula racing in F4 Japanese Championship in 2022. He joined the Honda Formula Dream Project team alongside Syun Koide, and Kazuma Nishimura. He won his first race in the opening race of the season and he collected many more podiums during the season. Mitsui finished the season as runner-up in the championship behind his teammate Koide who won the title.[1] The next season, Mitsui stays to fight for the title alongside Yuto Nomura, and rookie Tosei Moriyama.[3]
