Yoram Kraus (born September 20, 1968) is an Israeli entrepreneur and businessman active in the fields of real estate, high-tech, and investments. Kraus was involved in founding the public REIT fund Sella Capital and the startup company InfiBond, which was once estimated to be worth $1.25 billion at its peak,[1][2][3][4] but ceased operations in 2020 due to funding difficulties. He also founded TKTZ, a company operating a platform for trading airline tickets, purchased by israeli company AVIATION LINKS LTD in 2025.[5][6][7]
Biography
Kraus was born in Kiryat Bialik and studied at an ORT school, specializing in civil engineering. He completed his academic studies at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology through the Academic Reserve program and later served as an officer in a combat unit in the Israel Defense Forces. After his military service, he worked in project management roles at a construction company in northern Israel.
In 1999, he founded a company specializing in the management and execution of construction and real estate projects. The company operated in various cities in Israel and several locations in Europe, engaging in income-generating real estate projects, the construction of hundreds of housing units in Tel Aviv, and the development of office complexes for high-tech companies.
In 2008, Kraus co-founded Sella Capital, a public REIT specializing in income-producing real estate, alongside other businessmen such as Shmuel Slavin, Itzik Sela, and Eli Ben Hamo.[8] The REIT is currently worth 2.5 billion NIS.[9] Kraus sold his shares following the company's IPO in 2009.
In 2011, he founded InfiBond, a startup that raised tens of millions of dollars and, according to various reports, reached a market valuation of $1.25 billion at its peak. Eventually, the company was dissolved and sold for $7 million.[10][11][12] The company aimed to develop empathetic artificial intelligence, which would predict user behavior and assist in fulfilling personal needs in the fields of health, leisure, and education. Its operations ceased later on, and its assets were sold in 2023.[13][14]
In 2023, Kraus co-founded the nonprofit organization "Ogen – Together We’ll Rebuild", together with Daniela Paz and other partners from Israel's planning and construction sectors.[15] The organization was established in response to the events of October 7, 2023, with the goal of helping to rehabilitate affected communities. The NGO works to restore public buildings and educational institutions in those areas and supports local businesses.
TKTZ
Kraus is the CEO of TKTZ, a startup company that developed a platform for the commercialization of flight tickets.[16][17] The enterprise aims to commercialize most low-cost tickets by providing a secure and automated platform that enables the transfer of tickets between holders and buyers while eliminating the risk of fraud. In 2025, Aviation Links Ltd. (Kishrey Teufa) entered into a collaboration agreement with TKTZ, under which it operates the platform in Israel through a joint company. As part of the agreement, Aviation Links Ltd. acquired 0.75% of TKTZ’s shares for $250,000 and received an option for an additional 1%, conditional upon meeting certain targets.[18][19][20]
Personal Life and Hobbies
Kraus lives in Israel and is a father of three. He is an avid mountain climber and kitesurfer. Among the peaks he has climbed are the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Mount McKinley (Denali), Mount Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Mount Elbrus, and more.[14]
