Yiannis Michael (born 17 June 1979) is a Cypriot counselling psychologist, speaker, and author. He is the founder of Re-Paint Your Life, a mental wellbeing and personal development initiative based in Cyprus and Greece.
Career
Michael is a licensed counselling psychologist registered in Cyprus.[1] He studied counselling psychology at Florida International University, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees.
In 2017, Michael launched Re-Paint Your Life, a program that integrates cognitive and reflective practices such as mindfulness and journaling.[2] Originally based in Nicosia, Cyprus, the initiative later expanded to Greece, where it continues to operate seminars and workshops on psychological wellbeing.
Public Engagement
Through Re-Paint Your Life, Michael has organized events related to mental health and personal development.[3][4] These events have featured guest speakers and presentations on emotional resilience and empowerment.
