Ye Ouyang (Chinese:欧阳晔） IEEE Fellow,is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior VP at AsiaInfo Technologies. Dr. Ouyang spearheads research, development, and innovation for the company’s products and technology.[1]
Dr. Ouyang has rich experience in research and development and large-scale team management in ICT, with a focus on the innovations and commercialization of state-of-the-art wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and data science.
Early life
Ouyang received a doctorate from Stevens Institute of Technology, a graduate degree from Tufts University, a graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York and an undergraduate degree from Southeast University.
Career
Today, Dr. Ouyang is the CTO and senior vice president of AsiaInfo Technologies. Dr. Ouyang is responsible for research and development and innovation, which includes AI, big data, Digital twin|digital twins, network management, and network intelligence.
Prior to Asialnfo, Dr. Ouyang has been a Verizon Fellow and was a Senior Manager at Verizon, the largest telco in the US.[2]
