The legal entity behind the Yanimed operations is Blokkx Ltd with headquarters in Malta, Dubai and subsidiaries in UK, Switzerland and Austria.[1] Blokkx Ltd started in 2016 and was active in the development of blockchain based applications for the medical industry.The company is known for the production of market gloves for medical, industrial, and laboratory applications. The factories of the Yanimed are situated in Vietnam, China, Thailand, and Malaysia.

History
Yanimed was founded in 2016 by Frank Zielkowski. It is a brand by Blokkx Ltd., a renowned blockchain investment firm. Frank Zielkowski established this brand in order to address the delivery situations and overlook the condition of the production sites, thus securing significant production capacities for the American companies.[5]
Within a year, the company actively started investment in the production of its signature products - YaniBlue, YaniSoft, and YaniTouch. In 2018, Yanimed launched a blockchain software-based application to control the supply chain in the healthcare industry. By 2019 the company started sourcing Personal Protective equipment and within a year began manufacturing and supplying antibody test kits, facemasks, and nitrile examination güloves.[6] In 2020, Blokkx Ltd entered into a partnership with a US based group that specializes in procuring protective equipment to manufacture bulk nitrile gloves. The products of this collaboration started their supply in the global market in 2021 under the brand Yanimed. Per month over 500,000,000 nitrile gloves are manufactured and supplied.[7]
