Wowa Leads is a Toronto based, digital marketplace that provide its users with financial and real estate management tools.[1]
History
Hanif Bayat founded Wowa in 2018.[1] Initially, the company provided its services in Ontario, by developing an online marketplace of real estate agents, enabling its users to compare fees and experiences. Later, it added more services like mortgage rate calculators, pages and real estate related data logs. In early 2020, Wowa expanded its services to other provinces of Canada, including British Colombia.[2]
In September 2020, Wowa started its services in USA under the name, casaplorer.com.[3] By the start of 2022, Wowa had added more than 500 financial tools and pages, helping its users to manage real estate by comparing current and past rates.[4] Housing market reports provided by Wowa, have been used by main stream Canadian media outlets like CTV news.[5][6]
