Wooster High School (Ohio)

There is a public high school known as Wooster High School located in Wooster, Ohio, in the United States. The Wooster City School District has only one high school for students to attend. The school is known by its mascot and moniker, the Generals, which was derived from the name of the American Revolutionary War general David Wooster.

Since the two teams first competed against each other in 1903, Wooster's football rivalry with Orrville High School's Red Riders is the longest-running rivalry in Wayne County. The Generals are now in the driver's seat in this competition by a margin of 52-42-9. As of the end of the 2014 season, the two teams had competed against one another 104 times.
