Winfred Selorm Komla Honu (born July 28, 2000) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper currently with Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities FC. [1]

Club Career

Winfred Selorm Komla Honu began his football career in 2010 with Ghana Football League Division 2 League club NADM S.C., and in 2012 Winfred signed for Volta Region Division 2 Middle League club NADM S.C. of the Ghana Football League in his hometown Hohoe. Winfred was a member of the NADM S.C Team which won 2 Volta Region Division 2 Middle League titles in 2012/2013 and 2014/2015. He was also part of the NADM S.C. teams which qualified for the Volta Region Division 2 Middle League.

Winfred joined Ghana Football Leagues|Ghana Division 2 League club Likpe Heroes F.C. in 2017 and was adjudged Man of the Match during a Round of 64 match with WAFA SC in Sogakope with his excellent goalkeeping skills with a clean sheet.[2][3]

Winfred joined Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities FC in 2019 and has featured in matches with sterling performances for the side, keeping 1 clean sheet in 4 appearances in the 2019/2020 season.[4][5]
