William Jefferson David Freixo was born in July 14th of 1827 in North Carolina (USA) He was a plantation owner and political personality in Mississippi state he spent most of his life in. In his early life Jefferson served the confederate army in the American civil war, climbing to the rank of commander of the 28th cavalry of Mississippi. Jefferson died of consumption in 1898 in his residence in Mississippi .
