Wilbert Reuben ("Skip") Norman (December 22, 1933 - March 18, 2015) was a filmmaker, visual anthropologist, and educator. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1933, and died in Washington, DC, in 2015[1]. He attended the Berln Film School (DFFB). He later obtained a PhD from The Ohio State University in 1984. From 1996-2010, he taught in the Eastern Mediterranean University's Faculty of Communication and Media Studies in Cyprus. [2]
