Warner Bros. Corporation (WBC) is a postponed American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in New York City. It would be formed after the Split of Warner Bros. Discovery by mid 2026.[4] The company will soon be owned by Paramount Skydance after the proposed acquisition.[5]
The company's consists of the flagship Warner Bros. studios, HBO, DC Entertainment and the streaming service HBO Max.

- Warner Bros. Corporation consists of assets including Warner Bros. Entertainment and its units, Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Turner Entertainment, The Wolper Organization, WaterTower Music and Warner Bros. Studio Operations.
- Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group consists of the company's filmed entertainment and theatrical entertainment businesses, including Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema, Warner Bros. Pictures Animation and Castle Rock Entertainment. The division is led by former MGM executives Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy.

Streaming manages the operations of the company's direct-to-consumer platforms, online brands and gaming businesses, including the streaming service HBO Max, and the video game publisher Warner Bros. Games. It also houses Home Box Office, Inc., the parent company of the HBO and Cinemax premium television services and production studios.
- Warner Bros. Global Experiences manages Warner Bros. theme parks and studio tours. Additional business segments include divisions responsible for Global Content Distribution (Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution), and Advertising Sales.[6]
- DC Entertainment oversees DC Comics and Mad. It works with other WBD units and delves into those units within their flagship DC Universe franchise.
- DC Studios oversees DC Comics and is the film and series production sites of WBD for DC media in the new film and series franchise DC Universe.
