Wanjiku (Shiku) Gathigi is a successful entrepeneur, CEO of Talanta Kenya Limited and an Executive Producer of Double Pearl Film Limited. She is known for her expertise in marketing fast - moving consumer goods and her passion for creating compelling stories.

Wanjiku founded Talanta Kenya[1] which is registered by the KFCB as a registered film agent[2].

Education

Wanjiku studied at the Kenya Methodist University and holds a marketing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She also studied Public relations at the University of Nairobi and studied Womens Investor readiness at the Strathmore University. She also has a Kaizen certification from the JICA Training Program.

Film career

Wanjiku has produced a TV series, The Kalimani Dynasty[3] as well as corporate documentaries and a YouTube series called "The Pearls Diaries"[4]

The Kalimani Dynasty first aired on the Kenya Television Network in 2019 and was later shown has been available on Showmax since 2021.

Family

Wanjiku is married with two children. She lives in Mombasa, Kenya.
