Wally's Wonderland is a 2016 in film Action action Horror film Lost film short film directed by and starred G. O. Parsons as a janitor working at Wally's Wonderland, an old abandoned family entertainment center featuring Beary Bear, a grizzly bear animatronic, who he also voices. Parsons would later write and produce the Willy's Wonderland feature film of a different title based on the short.[1]
Before Willy's Wonderland was announced in October of 2019, writer G.O Parsons made the short film back in 2016 and was not meant for professional use.[2]
Plot
A janitor (G.O. Parsons) goes to work at Wally's Wonderland, an abandoned Chuck E. Cheese-like pizzeria. He goes into the pizzeria and goes to work cleaning up the deserted pizzeria until he sees Beary Bear, an animatronic grizzly bear with a spinning propeller hat and a yellow t-shirt. He doesn't think anything of him and just continues, but Beary Bear wakes up and tells him, "Welcome to Wally's Wonderland!", then asks him, "How old are you", and then laughs. The Janitor doesn't care about him but Beary Bear gets closer and closer. They then fight and The Janitor kicks Beary Bear down and rips off his head to reveal a metal skull. The Janitor leaves and kicks down the sign.

Production
G.O. Parsons stated that "[He] made an Indiegogo campaign to try to make the film but didn't get enough money for a full film", so he just made the short film instead. After the short film was made, G.O. Parsons was displeased with it.[3]
Upload and download
G.O. Parsons uploaded the video onto the internet, in black and white, but that was all that people could ever get footage of because it was either lost or taken down before anybody can ever record it. The film is in a vault in the studios headquarters and it is not going to be released anytime soon.[4][5]
Adaptation into film
After the announcement of Willy's Wonderland, which received a small cult following, with many comparing it to the Five Nights at Freddy's|Five Nights at Freddy's video game series (although Parsons and Lewis denied any similarities), certain changes were made during production: the title was changed from Wally's Wonderland to Willy's Wonderland due to legal issues, and the original Animatronics|animatronic characters Douglas Dog, Pauly Penguin, Beary Bear, Pirate Pete, and Regina Rabbit were replaced with Arty Alligator, Tito Turtle, Gus Gorilla, Knighty Knight, and Cammy Chameleon (mainly because both Beary Bear and Five Nights at Freddy's#Characters#Animatronics|Freddy FazBear are animatronic bears). The restaurant itself was changed from a pizzeria to a hotdog restaurant.
Update
On October 30, 2020, the film's teaser video was released with the release date 2021. The short film was never released, but on January 15, 2021, the films full trailer was released. The full-length feature film Willy's wonderland was released on February 12, 2021, with mostly positive reviews.[6][7][8]
