Vladan Virijević (Serbian Cyrillic: Владан Виријевић; Kraljevo, Serbia, yugoslavia, 15 June 1971) is a Serbian history professor and an academic research fellow of the University of Kosovska Mitrovica and the University of Priština. His area of interest and research are Socio-economic bases and political processes in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Yugoslavia, Yugoslav-Turkish relations in the period between the two world wars, and the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in the Second World War (1941-1945).[1]

Vladan Virijević received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Kosovska Mitrovica in Serbia [2] It was there that he held tenure as a professor until the usurpation took place in 2008 and the Serbian venerable institution of higher learning became hostage to the Albanian irredentists.
