Vishal Singh Chanchal (born 20 March 1984) is an Indian politician, social activist, and industrialist. He was born and raised in Ghazipur. In 2016 he was elected as Member of Legislative Council in an election from Ghazipur LOCAL AUTHORITIES Constituency as an Independent candidate.[1][2]

He defeated Dr. Sanand Singh from Samajwadi Party with a margin of 65 votes.[3][4][5]
