Vincent Longo is a make-up artist.[1]

Early Life

Longo was born in Swan Hill, Australia, to Italian immigrant parents who farmed land on the fringes of the Outback.[2] He began to make-up models for leading leading Italian designers. [3][4] [5]

Career

Within a few years of starting his career, he was encouraged to move to New York.[6] Arriving in 1988, he collaborated with fashion photographers on cover, editorial and runway jobs with fashion models and started booking award show work with movie stars.[7] He was hired as a spokesperson, master makeup artist and product consultant for cosmetics companies Revlon[8] and Elizabeth Arden.[9]

Cosmetics

In 1995, Longo launched his Vincent Longo Cosmetics brand.[10][11][12] Multiple Vincent Longo Cosmetics have received “Best of Beauty” awards from Allure Magazine and Self Magazine alongside a citation of merit from CPC Packaging.[13]
