Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions is a group of private educational institutions founded in 2013 by Dr. Manje Gowda and Hirisave Srikantaiah Sudha under the aegis of Sri Manjunatha Seva Trust. The group consists of educational institutions in Pre-Primary Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education and Higher Education with schools and colleges across Bangalore, Hassan and Mysore in Karnataka, India

The group offers education from Pre-Primary Education levels to Higher Education and is affiliated to various educational boards and universities in India. For Pre-Primary Education the group follows its own curriculum for early childhood learning and is recognised by Government of Karnataka. For Primary Education and Secondary Education the various schools in the group are affiliated to The Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Dept. of PU Education Karnataka. For Higher Education the various institutions in the group area affiliated to University of Mysore, Bangalore University and Bharat Sevak Samaj.
