VideoBit [1] is an Educational technology software developed by an Estonia company Homestudy OÜ[2] that allows asynchronous Language acquisition learning and language exchange with short video conversations. VideoBit is currently in private beta mode and a public launch is expected to happen on March 14, 2022[3]

History

Homestudy OÜ was founded by Kalvis Petersons, Taavi Rannamets, and Mohamad Salehy in late 2020. The company grew out of the HackForce hackathon that took place online in March 2020. Homestudy OÜ continued to develop several[4][5] products on Hack the Crisis Online Pre-accelerator[6] run by Startup Wise Guys, before landing on Taut and VideoBit.
