The story was taken from a children’s magazine and he coordinated the whole thing with absolutely no idea about direction. But his friends and he rehearsed it well and went on to win the first prize for that school drama. Then he became a regular visitor with a drama troop near his house. In college too he was very much involved with drama and won many prizes and this time he was keen on acting. His life turned when he watched the film The Raiders of the lost Ark in 1981 directed by Steven Spielberg. Then he decided to become a director/producer.
