Venpura is a small village of 870 hectares in Sumerpur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Venpura depends on Rani, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Venpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Venpura's pin code is 306115[4], and village code is 02470500. The area of Venpura is segregated as 152 hectares irrigated area, 41 hectares unirrigated, the 447 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 230 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Rani and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
