Kristian Vendler (born 21 January 1993) better known by Vendlertattoo is a American rapper, music artist, Tattoo Artist and entrepreneur.[1] Within a few months of his first release, he has gained recognition as a rapper and has been covered by several hip-hop magazines. Vendlertattoo has achieved a strong following on his Insta handle after his music releases.[2]

Born in Zagreb, Vendlertattoo was founder of the Vendler tattoo brand and recognized for his distinctive tattooing style, focusing on black-and-gray sleeve tattoos inspired by the rich, urban culture of the greater Los Angeles area and Chicano Art.[3]

Throughout his career, Vendlertattoo has tattooed a number of celebrities and other prolific clients including Javi Martinez, Lucas Hernandez, Samra Majoe, Manuellsen, 18Karat, and others. He has also undertaken numerous projects which have contributed to his steadfast rise in the Tattoo Industry as a whole.

Vendlertattoo has also appeared on a number of TV shows and was featured on the cover page of the biggest Croatian newspaper and media brand. He has also garnered over half a million followers on his social media platforms - 351 000 followers on Facebook and 150 000 on Instagram.[4]

Early life and education

Vendlertattoo was born on 21 January 1993 as Kristian Vendler and grew up in East Zagreb. While growing up, Vendler was deeply influenced by the street culture of the city which fueled his desire to enter the music and art industry. Initially, he started doing graffiti but then later channeled his work into creating tattoos.

Career

Vendlertattoo started his career as a Graffiti artist, and since then has been an active proponent of street art.[5] He has also engaged in connecting the city’s artists and building an artist community, promoting expression and individuality.[6]

Vendlertattoo later diverged to the tattoo industry and is currently known for offering custom and unique art in body modification to each of his clients.[7] He runs the Vendler tattoo brand and is often seen traveling across the world to tattoo people. Vendlertattoo has managed to take his brand international and has received mass popularity for his tattooing style. He has also received sponsorship from the biggest equipment company in the industry - Kwadron.[8]

In 2021, he started his music career with the single, Samurai which became an instant hit. His song was an instant hit which helped Vendlertattoo gain some recognition that he needed. Vendlertattoo released two more singles Maybe? and Don Dadda. He also got a verified account on Spotify as a music artist.[9]

As of 2022, Vendlertattoo is also working to launch his CBD products brand alongside his Tattooing business.
