Vasuda is a singer-songwriter, originally from New Delhi. Her music is a nice blend of Indian classical and folk with western contemporary music.

Vasuda ’s claim to fame has been Coke V pop stars one of the first few reality music shows in India on channel V . In a national talent search, she was selected to join a Pop band named 'Aasma' with songs such as 'Chandu Ke Chacha' and 'Tumse Hi Pyar'. Besides releasing three successful albums, Vasuda toured the world with her band Aasma and opened for Bryan Adams in Delhi and Bangalore. In addition to her independent musical journey, Vasuda continued to be an integral part of the indie music scene as a singer-songwriter, musician, and composer.

She has become the first Indian artist to successfully crowdfund her debut album through the Wishberry Campaign. She is the first solo live looping artist in India. She has been a speaker and performer at Ted Talks. She represented India at the Popkomm Music Festival in Berlin in 2010.

She performed at various music festivals like NH7, Nariyal Pani, The Lost Party, along with some international festivals like Holland India Festival (2015-2018), Earth Sync (Chennai 2017 ), Iomma Sakifo (Reunion Island , 2018), Miniere Sonore (Cagliari,2018) She Has worked as a music director for a Bollywood Film ‘ Shahrukh Bola Khoobsurat Hai Tu’ and also collaborated with renowned International Dj- Producers like Rob Garza from Thievery Corporation and Tali Muss from Russia.

Born in Bhiwani, a small town in Haryana, Vasuda attended Bhiwani Public School from nursery to tenth grade. After moving to New Delhi, she studied at St. Thomas' School, Mandir Marg. After graduating from school, Vasuda pursued a degree in Sociology at Hindu College, New Delhi. In 2011, Vasuda received a scholarship to study music at Berklee College of Music in Boston after being selected in a national talent hunt
