Vanecha Roudbaraki, born on November 18, 1966., is a French expressionist painter, and a visual art designer.

Early Life and Education

Roudbaraki was born into a Zoroastrian family in Rasht, Iran, on November 18, 1966. She earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Gilan in 1990. In 1991, she moved to Paris, France, where she began her artistic career.

Career

Roudbaraki is an expressionist painter and visual art designer whose works often explore the interplay between human emotion and nature. Her mathematical and philosophical insights inform her artistic process. She has participated in numerous international exhibitions and fairs, including:

  • Art en Capital and Salon d’Automne at the Grand Palais, Paris
  • Art Fair Miami, Art Fair Rome, Art Fair Shanghai, and Art Fair Amsterdam
  • International Biennales in Florence, London, and Taormina
  • Exhibitions at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and Brussels

Her paintings have been displayed in museums worldwide, such as the Zhu Qizhan Museum (Shanghai), Alexander Museum (Pesaro), and Copelouzos Museum (Greece). Approximately 50 of her works are part of the private collection of Her Majesty Farah Pahlavi-Diba. Her works have been prefaced and praised by renowned art critics, including Gérard Xuriguera and Jean-Luc Chalumeau, for their unique blend of form, color, and emotional depth.

Roudbaraki is the founder of Corps & Esprit MANI, and AIA (Artistic and Cultural Association). AIA, established in 2021, promotes women's rights and facilitates global cultural exchanges among artists. The association has over 200 members and organizes multiple exhibitions annually.

Roudbaraki incorporates elements of Qi, a concept she equates with Djan in Persian literature, describing it as “the quintessence of art.” Her travels to China and engagement with martial arts have deeply influenced her understanding of internal human potential and its expression through art.
