VVDN Technologies is an Indian engineering and electronics manufacturing services company headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana[1]. The company provides product design, Electronics manufacturing services, embedded software development, hardware engineering and contract manufacturing for sectors including telecommunications, networking, data centres, automotive electronics, Internet of Things (IoT) devices and vision systems.
History
VVDN technologies was founded in 2007. It initially focused on embedded design services and then company later expanded into cloud and mobile application development[2]. it began electronics manufacturing operations in 2015.
In April 2020, VVDN Technologies opened a manufacturing and research facility in Manesar, Haryana[3], and in July 2023 the HPE partnered with VVDN Technologies to manufacture servers in India under the “Make in India” initiative.[4] In August 2025, VVDN Technologies acquired GGS Engineering,[5] an engineering services firm active in the automotive, medical technology and aerospace sectors[6]
Partnerships
In June 2025, VVDN Technologies signed a memorandum of understanding with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) to jointly manufacture Wi-Fi, 5G networking and defence electronics subsystems.[7]
VVDN Technologies has collaborated with Mobileye on the localisation of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) technologies for the Indian market.[8]
The company manufactures passive antennas for Ericsson for telecom networks in India and other regions[9].[10]
