Uthnol is a small village of 843 hectares in Nathdwara Tehsil in Rajsamand district, for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Uthnol depends on NATHDWARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 32.87% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Uthnol is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Uthnol's pin code is 313204[4], and village code is 03046500. The area of Uthnol is segregated as 52.9 hectares irrigated area, 136.07 hectares unirrigated, the 540.01 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 114.5 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Uthnol is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1976 and has total administration over 378 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NATHDWARA and Rajsamand to sell silver items and make their living.
