The Union des athées (in English: Union of atheists) is a French nonprofit organization founded in 1970 by Albert Beaughon, its first President, and Auguste Closse.[1][2]. It is the oldest French atheist organisation[3]. It aims to promote atheism[4] and to gather those who adhere to atheism[5][6].

Its current President is Johannés Robyn[7][8][9]. The organization publishes a quarterly journal La Tribune des athées[10][11]
