Toonkara is a small village of 1414 hectares in Jaitaran Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Toonkara depends on Jaitaran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 145.12% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Toonkara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Toonkara's pin code is 306102[4], and village code is 02398500. The area of Toonkara is segregated as 229.97 hectares irrigated area, 540.1 hectares unirrigated, the 336.59 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 307.15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Toonkara is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1685 and has total administration over 368 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
