Tom Poster is a British pianist and composer.
Career
Poster studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and then King's College, Cambridge gaining a Double First in Music.[1]. He won the keyboard section of the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2000 [2], and the First Prize at the Scottish International Piano Competition in 2007[3]. Poster is co-founder and artistic director of the Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective, and pianist of the Aronowitz Ensemble[4]. He is one of the artists in residence at MusicFest Aberystwyth[5]. Poster has performed many concerto all over the world with orchestra such as the BBC Philharmonic and the China National Symphony Orchestra[6]. He has recorded for Chandos Records, EMI, Decca Classics, and Warner Classics[7].
