Toliyasar is a small village of 5850 hectares in Sujangarh Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Toliyasar depends on DUNGARGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Toliyasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Toliyasar's pin code is 331506[4], and village code is 00635700. The area of Toliyasar is segregated as 44.45 hectares irrigated area, 5432.59 hectares unirrigated, the 116.68 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 237.51 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Toliyasar is a census village in the district of Churu, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1648 and has total administration over 271 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of DUNGARGARH and Churu to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
