Toda is a small village of 1642 hectares in Sapotra Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Toda depends on KARAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Toda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Toda's pin code is 322243[4], and village code is 01259900. The area of Toda is segregated as 37.94 hectares irrigated area, 63.15 hectares unirrigated, the 62.04 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 177.81 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Karauli to sell ghee and make their living.
