Micheal, better known as TobiasFate, (born 23 June 1997) is a Canadian Twitch streamer and YouTuber.[1] [2]TobiasFate first gained popularity in 2016 for livestreaming League of Legends.
He is recognized for his unapologetic commentary and unbrazen humour. On his streams, TobiasFate has regularly expressed the importance of staying faithful to what one enjoys despite trends or popularity.
Career
TobiasFate started out livestreaming on Twitch in 2016.[3] His playstyle and the mastery of the in-game character Gangplank, gained attraction within the League of Legends community after a Youtube video titled "Who is TobiasFate" was uploaded in 2016.[4]The video has over 2.8 million views and highlights his understanding of said character's both potential and limitations.
Characteristic theme
TobiasFate's interest for all things dwarfs and pirates, is a prominent theme througout his content. Examples of this can be found in his choice of video games and in-game League of Legends characters, i.e. Gangplank, Twisted Fate and Graves.
Warhammer
Besides League of Legends, TobiasFate has expressed his enjoyment for Warhammer-related content. On his secondary Twitch channel, TobiasFatePlus livestreams scuplting, painting and building pyhsical minuatures which are later included in a collection.[5]
