Tiwari is a small village of 6024 hectares in Osian Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tiwari depends on Jodhpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Tiwari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Tiwari's pin code is 342306[4], and village code is 01941300. The area of Tiwari is segregated as 2538.41 hectares irrigated area, 2426.5 hectares unirrigated, the 400.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 658.3 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Tiwari has One post office (Teori S.O) and Two Hundred public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Tiwari is a census village in the district of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 18267 and has total administration over 2808 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jodhpur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
