Tirkalpur is a small village of 61 hectares in Bansdih Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tirkalpur depends on Sahatwar (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. The area of Tirkalpur is segregated as 62 hectares irrigated area, 12 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 62 hectare area not available for cultivation.
