Timba Gamri is a small village of 309 hectares in Ghatol Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Timba Gamri depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Timba Gamri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Timba Gamri's pin code is 327001[4], and village code is 03403000. The area of Timba Gamri is segregated as 201 hectares irrigated area, 3 hectares unirrigated, the 34 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 71 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell ghee and make their living.
