Tilman Borck is a German director, actor, composer and writer.
After having finished his O-levels Tilman passed The Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English and moved to the US to study acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles. Afterwards he completed his education at the European Film Actors School in Zurich, Switzerland where he took classes both in acting and directing. In 1997 he published the short film The Treasure of the Czar that he had worked on as a producer, director, writer and soundtrack composer. The Treasure of the Czar was invited to the Uppsala International Short Film Festival, Sweden and the Ebensee Festival in Austria where it was awarded with a special mention. After having worked as a voice actor for commercials and dubbing American movies into German for many years in 2017 Tilman wrote, composed, directed, produced and starred in the international Coproduction The Midas Touch that was subsequently released on Amazon Prime. Next to his film work Tilman teaches voice acting and speech and frequently records audio books.
