Tikwapara is a small village of 202.5 hectares in Mahasi Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tikwapara depends on BHATARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. The area of Tikwapara is segregated as 270 hectares irrigated area, 50 hectares unirrigated area. the 17.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
