Maddie Knisley (born September 9, 2003) is an American professional wrestler, currently signed to WWE performing for the NXT (WWE brand) brand under the ring name Thea Hail. She previously wrestled on the independent circuit and made appearances for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Nikita Knight.

Professional wrestling career

All Elite Wrestling (2021)

Knisley made two appearances for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) on AEW Dark, losing to Thunder Rosa and Julia Hart (wrestler).[1][2]

WWE (2022-present)

On March 17, 2022, it was announced that Knisley had signed to WWE and would be reporting to the WWE Performance Center.[3] She made her debut on the April 8 episode of the NXT Level Up under the ring name Thea Hail, losing to Ivy Nile. On the May 31 episode of NXT, Hail graduated from college and chose to study in Andre Chase University.[4][5] Hail would start appearing regularly with Chase U members Andre Chase and Bodhi Hayward, going on a winning streak on NXT Level Up. On the August 9 episode of NXT, Hail made her televised in-ring debut against Arianna Grace in a losing effort.[6][7][8][9][10] On the November 1 episode of NXT, Duke Hudson joined Chase U replacing Bodhi Hayward and helped Chase and Hail after the former was attacked by Charlie Dempsey.[11]
