JamiesonTyler Amere Justice (born December 28, 2015), known professionally as JamieTyler or The World of JamieTyler is an American child author, model, and social media personality best known for his 2023 children's book A Hero That Looks Like Me.[1] He began his career modeling at the age of 4. Continuing his In 2019, he branched into creating content on social media under the handle; The world of JamieTyler, a concept and brand created by JamieTyler and his parents. [2]
Biography
JamiesonTyler Amere Justice was born in Houston, Texas on December 28, 2015 to Rachael (née Simmons) and Adrian Justice. His father served in the United States Air Force and his mother served in the United States Navy. On November 11, 2015, his mother, Rachael went into preterm labor during her mother's funeral, which was successfully suppressed. JamiesonTyler's due date was December 2, 2015; due to complications, a cesarean delivery was scheduled for December 28.[3] He has two siblings. His older brother is the grandnephew of Grammy nominated drummer, composer, and bandleader Chris "Daddy" Dave.[4]
Through his mother, Justice is the nephew of actor, writer, and producer Rondell Simmons; notably known for his roles in the short films Mandatory Minimum, Joe vs Doomsday, and Uncle Mike. Inspired by his uncle's love for fashion and sneakers, Justice became an avid shoe collector.
Career
Justice began modeling at age 4. In 2019, he branched into creating content on social media when a video he posted went viral overnight. He grew his platform under the handle; The world of JamieTyler. Originally, while the concept's name was still in development, the inspiration behind the name was a modern day rendition of the American animated educational television series; Little Bill. Ultimately, the concept's name was inspired by the 1998 television program Elmo's World.
His First book, A Hero That Looks Like Me was scheduled to be released on July 2, 2023, in memory of his maternal grandmother but missed the submission deadline by 6 minutes and subsequently wasn't published until July 3, 2023.
In a September 2023 interview with Shoutout HTX magazine, Justice announced that he had 3 other books set to be published once illustrations were complete.[5]
