Teuwas is a small village of 224 hectares in Kotkasim Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Teuwas depends on TIJARA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Teuwas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Teuwas's pin code is 301707[4], and village code is 00787100. The area of Teuwas is segregated as 212 hectares irrigated area, 2 hectares unirrigated, the 2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 8 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Teuwas is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1648 and has total administration over 246 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
