Tessa Kuragi

Tessa Kuragi is a London-based Model (person). She grew up in Kingston, Jamaica to a Jamaican father and British mother and has lived in England for the last 20 years.[1]

In 2014, she modeled for the SS14 Diesel campaign[2] and was then signed to Premier Artists, the talent division of Premier Model Management. In 2015, she was photographed by Nick Knight (photographer) for the autumn-winter issue of AnOther magazine.[1] Then, in June 2019, she worked with Nick Knight again on a fashion film and series of images called Tessa.[3]

She has been photographed by such photographers as Nick Knight (photographer),[4][5] Mario Sorrenti, Emma Summerton and Ellen von Unwerth[6] and she has a leather harness named for her, called the Tessa Harness, by leather company Tamzin Lillywhite. [1]

Together with her boyfriend graphic designer Jon-Ross Le Haye she published a book called Bruise Album.[1][7]

In December 2020, she was photographed by Jesse Laitinen for a project with Pablo Kuemin about wigs in intimate places.[8]

Kuragi walked, pregnant, on the runway at London Fashion Week 2023 for designer Sinead O'Dwyer.[9][10]
