Terry Blade is an American singer-songwriter[1][2][3][4] based in Chicago, Illinois.[5][6][7][8] In 2020, his song The Unloveable was nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Awards.[9] A year later, his debut album[10] American Descendant of Slavery, the Album[11][12][13] was named in the Archives of African American Music and Culture February 2021 Black Music Releases of Note alongside Rhythm and blues and Soul music releases by José James, Joshua Henry, Kelly Rowland, Nat Turner Rebellion (band), Pink Sweats, The Chi-Lites, The Jackson 5, and Trippie Redd.[14] He is a two-time gold medalist at the Global Music Awards.[15][16]
