Teli Khera is a small village of 260 hectares in Deogarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Teli Khera depends on DEOGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Teli Khera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Teli Khera's pin code is 313331[4], and village code is 02976200. The area of Teli Khera is segregated as 26 hectares irrigated area, 32 hectares unirrigated, the 41.26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 161 hectare area not available for cultivation.
