Tejas Vijay Deoskar(born 14 May 1983) is an Indian film writer, director and actor.[1] He has written and directed films like "Ajinkya", "Premsutra" and "Bucket List (2018 film)",[2] which were a huge success.[3] His maiden film as a creative producer, “Baba” was released in August 2019 & received critical acclaim all over the world. He has directed several films including Chhatriwali[4] which is a Hindi film produced by Ronnie Screwvala of RSVP Movies which is going to be released soon. The other one is Ground Zero which is being shot with Emraan Hashmi who is Playing lead role in the film. This film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar of Excel Entertainment.[5]

Personal life

Tejas Deoskar is born on 14th may 1983 in Nagpur, India and is married to Juilee Tejas Deoskar. He has over 16 years of experience in film making and direction.[6] Son of Vijay Govind Deoskar and Prabha Vijay Deoskar, he is a sport enthusiastic at heart. His parents are involved in dramatics and active in theater scenario in Nagpur for more than 5 decades.

Education

Tejas Deoskar studied architecture but during his years of study he was a very bright student but he was more inclined towards extra curricular activities.[7]
