Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar (born 14 May 1983) is an Indian director,[1] writer, actor of Hindi and Marathi films. Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar[2] boasts more than 16 years of experience in the film industry. He embarked on his directorial journey with the groundbreaking Marathi film "Ajinkya"[3] in 2012 and has since delivered many box office hits over a period of 11 years. After the success of Ajinkya, Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar[4] worked on his second Marathi film Premsutra[5] in 2013, which also received commercial success at the box office.
Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar established Blue Mustang Creations in 2016, in partnership with few industry professionals.
Marathi film career
Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar[6] began his career with a short film titled "Kalakaar," which was released in early 2006 and gained recognition by being showcased at various film festivals worldwide, receiving accolades. He also contributed to other notable projects, including "Bachhon ka Khel" and "Sunehari Raakh." In 2009, he achieved his first commercial breakthrough as a writer with "Pratisaad" and made his directorial debut with "Ajinkya"[7] in 2012.
The first film that went under Blue Mustang's banner was Bucket List (2018 film)[8][9] which was written and directed by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar. Earlier it was streaming on Netflix[10][11] and now on SonyLIV[12] Starring the Bollywood veteran actress Madhuri Dixit, it also had Ranbir Kapoor[13][14] in a cameo. Bucket List (2018 film) made a lot of Noise in Marathi as well as Hindi film Industry. It was presented by Karan Johar[15][16] under his banner Dharma Productions as his maiden venture in Regional cinema. The film, released in 2018, achieved remarkable success and marked the directorial debut of Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar. It garnered significant attention not only in the United States but also in various other countries, and the commercial reception was overwhelmingly positive. After the commercial success of Bucket List (2018 film), next year in 2019, Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar did another Marathi film Baba starring Deepak Dobriyal, Spruha Joshi, Abhijeet Khandkekar, Chittaranjan Giri as Creative Producer[17] and Co-writer which was produced under Blue Mustang's banner along with Sanjay Dutt[18] as Co-producers. The film "Baba" gained critical acclaim upon its release on August 2, 2019. It went on to secure 17 awards at various national and international film festivals. Furthermore, it had the honor of being a competitor in the prestigious Golden Globe Awards[19] in LA. Baba was honoured at the Filmfare Marathi Awards, receiving awards in three distinct categories: Best Film Critics Award, Best Story, and Best Actor, which was presented to Deepak Dobriyal.
Hindi film career
Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar made his directorial debut with Chhatriwali (film)[20] which is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language social comedy film produced by Ronnie Screwvala.
Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar is currently involved in several projects, taking on various roles such as a writer, director, and associate producer. His next directorial project is expected to be publicly announced in the near future.

Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar was Married to Juilee Hoshingon on 19 January 2012.
