Tehara is a small village of 78.64 hectares in Iglas Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tehara depends on Atrauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Tehara's pin code is 202124[4], and village code is 01329500. The area of Tehara is segregated as 68.64 hectares irrigated area, remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Tehara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
