Tatiri (Rural) is a small village of 780 hectares in Baghpat Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tatiri (Rural) depends on Tikri (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Tatiri (Rural)'s pin code is 250601[4], and village code is 01056600. The area of Tatiri (Rural) is segregated as 625 hectares irrigated area. the 15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 130 hectare area not available for cultivation.
