Tasond is a small village of 230 hectares in Bah Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tasond depends on Pinahat (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Tasond's pin code is 283123[4], and village code is 01635600. The area of Tasond is segregated as the 56 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pinahat (NP) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
