Tara Price is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. She directed the award-winning short films Earworm (2016)[1] declared a "slice of American body horror" by Simon Ball of Diabolique Magazine [2], and Tea Time (2020)[3] described by Emilie Black at Cinema Crazed as "really fun and entertaining." [4] Prior to making the switch to directing, Price worked for many years as an actor and notably played the role of Lt. Commander Elisha Parker in the film Mega Shark Versus Kolossus, part of the Mega Shark film series. (Price also played the role of Mrs. Wade in a season 5 episode of CSI: Miami and oddly enough, the show would later introduce a new character bearing the name "Dr. Tara Price" played by actor Megalyn Echikunwoke.) Price's original screenplays range in genre and often tend to lean towards the bleak side of things.
