Tamroli is a small village of 969 hectares in Degana Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tamroli depends on Goredi Chancha, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Tamroli is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Tamroli's pin code is 341503[4], and village code is 01854500. The area of Tamroli is segregated as 832 hectares unirrigated, the 40.89 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Goredi Chancha and Nagaur to sell windows and make their living.
